Art Education Careers
Art Education is designed for students who plan to teach art in K-12 grades in public and private schools. This program is offered in conjunction with the College of Education and prepares students for certification as teachers of art. The program combines a conceptual and skill focus and is concentrated in five areas: art production, aesthetics, art history, art curriculum, and methodology.
