ArtDaily Billed as The First Art Newspaper on the Net, this site offers daily new items from the world of art, interesting collection of anecdotes on some famous artists, an online art quiz to test your knowledge of art history, an extensive collection of links to artists and art museums on the Web, and more. A comprehensive searchable database of thousands of artists, artworks, and art museums on the Web. Search results point to Web sites that feature your selection. You can also browse the database of over 7,500 artists by movement, medium, subject, nationality, name, or woman artists. In addition, the site offers links to online art museums worldwide, current art headlines, a monthly featured article, and selected art links. ARTStart - Looking and Learning This index features information on 20 works selected from the Albright-Know Art Gallery's permanent collection originally prepared for elementary-school teachers and students. VSA Arts (formerly Very Special Arts) VSA Arts is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the creative power in people with disabilities. Their Web site offers an extensive collection of educational resources as well as a number of online galleries containing stunning artwork by artists of all ages.
