: Neal Facciuto will continue to serve as composer in residence for the Oregon East Symphony. He was recently a featured artist by the Eastern Oregonian: Composer-in-residence brings eclectic background.

Jan. 31, 2015:  Paul Richards' Concerto for Violin, Guitar, and Bear Mountain was performed at the Florida State University New Music Festival in Tallahassee, FL.

December 27, 2014
: Neal Facciuto's Headwaters of the Umatilla was performed by members of the Oregon East Symphony at the Vert Auditorium, Pendleton, OR.

December 2, 2014: Dr. Peter Lane's Anonymous Dances, a concert suite arranged from selections from HackPolitik, was  premiered by the SUNY Purchase Contemporary Music Ensemble.

October 18, 2014: Dr. Peter Lane's Studies in Momentum (for piano and live electronics), was commissioned by pianist Keith Kirchoff and premiered in Boston: http://www.keithkirchoff.com/Upcoming%20Concerts.html

October 13 - November 2, 2014: Andrew Babcock served as an associate artist at the Atlantic Center for the Arts' residency with UK composer Jonty Harrison.

October 7, 2014: Award winning composer Jonty Harrison's works were performed in  the UF Music Building.

September 18, 2014: Andrew Babcock's piece Transformations was performed at ICMC in Athens, Greece.

September 25, 2014: Dr. Peter Lane's Hivemind  received its Australian premiere at the Sydney Conservatorium.
http://music.sydney.edu.au/events/greenway-series-wind-symphony-25-09-2014. Other upcoming performances of Hivemind include the USA premiere by the University of Illinois Wind Ensemble (directed by Linda Moorehouse, a UF Alumn), and a performance in the spring at the CBDNA conference.
July 2014: Neal Facciuto was awarded a year-long residency with the Oregon East Symphony for the 2014-15 year.

February 2014: Andrew Babcock's work Anagoge, which received a special mention at the 2012 Metamorphoses acousmatic composition competition, has been released on CD on the Musiques & Recherches label, available through empreintes DIGITALes.

February 2014: Benjamin O'Brien's paper Lost in Transformation: Composer as Translator was published in the Canadian Electroacoustic Community online journal eContact! (16.3).

: Rob Seaback's work seed. signal. was performed at the 14th Biennial Arts and Technology Symposium presented by the Ammerman Center at Connecticut College.

March 19-22, 2014: Benjamin O'Brien presented his work OSCines at the Slingshot Music and Arts Festival 2014 in Athens, GA.

March 27-29, 2014: Professor Paul Koonce and PhD students Andrew Babcock, Benjamin O'Brien, and Rob Seaback presented works at the 2014 Society of Electro-Acoustic Music in the United States (SEAMUS) National Conference at Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT.

December 14-15, 2013: Benjamin O'Brien presented his work OSCines at the International Workshop on Computer Music and Audio Technology, Kainan University School of Informatics, Taoyuan, Taiwan.

December 6-13, 2013: Andrew Babcock and Benjamin O'Brien presented their works Nastymouf and BabyBirdBeat, respectively, at the Música Viva Festival, Lisbon, Portugal.

August 11-17, 2013 Andrew Babcock, Benjamin O'Brien, and Rob Seaback presented their works Pianolanche, OSCines, and seed. signal., respectively, at the International Computer Music Conference (ICMC) 2013 conference in Perth, AU.

August 15-17, 2013 Garrett Hecker presented his work Two Minutes Walking at the PARMA festival/SCI Region 1 Conference in NH.

August 14-17, 2013 Andrew Babcock and Benjamin O'Brien presented their works Pianolanche and OSCines, respectively, at the Toronto Electroacoustic Symposium 2013, Toronto, CA.

June 17-29, 2013 Garrett Hecker participated in the Charlotte New Music Festival in North Carolina, lecturing about his work and premiering new compositions.

June 16, 2013 Benjamin O'Brien presented his work Diptiq at the Musical Metacreation (MUME) Weekend 2013 at the Sydney Design Lab, Sydney, AU.
