The Cumulative Faculty Record (CFR) is to be updated each year by each faculty member and submitted online. Both the School and the Dean's Office will carefully review the data.

This document will be used in making decisions regarding discretionary salary awards, reappointments, and faculty recognition nominations. The annual activities reports will also provide information for the School Director to use in preparing the Schools' annual report for the Dean. The accumulation of these annual reports will not only form the basis for the implementation of faculty recognition and development programs, and the internal reviews and accreditation of our programs, but will also enable the Dean to be a more effective advocate for the Schools and the College, and respond to the University's accountability program.

In summary, the clarity and completeness of the annual CFR report will serve the individual faculty member, the School, and the College as a whole.
