HISTORIC PRESERVATION
Students can attain a certificate in Historic Preservation as their disciplinary focus within the Museum Studies program. Historic preservation is interdisciplinary by nature, and is taught at the University of Florida using a university-wide curriculum approach. Students can pursue historic preservation studies through a concentration and earn a certificate in historic preservation while completing professional programs in the College or other degree programs throughout the university. Off-campus programs offered within Historic Preservation provide students throughout the university with unique opportunities for study and research around the United States and overseas, while funded research projects provide real world experience and graduate research assistantships.
