The next AMS Southern Chapter meeting will be held Friday and Saturday, February 5 and 6, 2010, on the campus of the University of Florida in Gainesville. 

The conference sessions will take place in the new Steinbrenner Band Hall, which is adjacent to the Music Building. Please see the campus map below.

The Hotel is located within a few blocks from the Steinbrenner Band Hall. Parking is available for free. Guests will need to get a permit during check in.

A smaller block of rooms is available at the Reitz Union Hotel on campus at a rate of $94.00-114.00. Ask for the American Musicological Society Southern Chapter when booking your room. The Reitz Union is equally convenient to the Steinbrenner Band Hall.
