What We Offer in 2008

Beautiful Location and World-Class Faculty

Located in the center of the city and just a two-minute walk from the Charles Bridge, the masterclasses are held at the Jan Deyl Conservatory in historical Prague. The 17th Century building features a baroque recital hall, recently renovated accomodations, and ample practice facilities.

We can accommodate approximately 40 participants and observers. We have had students representing many countries around the world, including the US, Russia, Japan, Korea, Germany, France, Sweden, Israel, China, Poland, Italy, Brazil, and many others.

Our distinguished international faculty represents the great piano traditions of Russia, Germany, the U.K.,the U.S. and others. The artist- teachers are all active performers on the international scene.

Lessons with the international artist faculty, public recitals in the historical center of Prague, masterclasses, tours of Prague, and more. A limited number of observers will be admitted at a reduced rate.

Application

A select number of advanced students will be chosen internationally from tapes submitted. Due to our rolling selection process, it is recommended that you submit your application as soon as possible. Tuition

1190 U.S. dollars, including all activities and lodging for eleven nights. Airfare is not included. Board should be modest as there are many reasonable restaurants within walking distance of our conservatory.
