Course Syllabus
Credits: 3; Prereq: professional performance jury and musicianship assessment jury. An introduction to the principles and techniques of arranging, instrumentation, and orchestration. The course will introduce the standard instruments of the modern orchestra and wind ensemble, discuss choral arranging, and begin a discussion of creative orchestration practice.
