My UFL Marketplace Purchases:

The Marketplace is a new way to procure goods. It allows people to create a shopping cart and assign it to Jessica Ward instead of turning in a paper order. It is just another option for procurement. Regular UF Purchasing Policies and Procedures and CFA’s purchasing guidelines apply to this process just as to any other. Please contact Jessica Ward at jward@arts.ufl.edu if you have any purchasing related questions.

Step 1-Review and print instructions on how to shop: http://www.purchasing.ufl.edu/departments/myufmarket/default.asp

Step 2-After following instructions on creating a shopping cart*; assign your shopping cart to Jessica Ward. *Please remember to insert a note regarding funding and also attach requisition approval and any quotes or invoices.

Step 3-Jessica Ward will process the cart and then it will pass through the approval process. You will be notified if there are any problems. You will also receive system-generated emails to let you know the status (depending on how you have set up your user profile's instruction guide on myufmarket).
