Mutlu G. Çitim-Kepic is the Director of Music Admissions and Undergraduate Advisor for the School of Music. She has served as Coordinator of Admissions and Registration at the Office of the University Registrar (1997-2000) prior to her arrival at the School of Music. Çitim-Kepic received her B.A. in International Human Relations and M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida. Born and raised in Turkey, she has been living in the United States since 1990.

Ms. Çitim-Kepic was selected for one of the Outstanding Publication Certificate of Merit Awards for the School of Music Undergraduate Handbook by the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). She was also the Academic Advisor of the Year for the College of Fine Arts in 2002-03. She served as the chair of the "Advising Fine Arts Students", one of the interest groups of NACADA, 2002-2012.  She also received an "Outstanding Advisor Certificate of Merit"- NACADA Southeast Region 4.  Ms. Çitim-Kepic specializes in conflict resolution and faculty-student relations.  She currently serves in the University Senate Petitions Committe as well as the Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Committee.

In 2003, Ms. Çitim-Kepic created the first study abroad program designed specifically for music students in Salzburg, Austria.  Participants take private lessons (instruments/voice) and study music history and arranging for instruments and voices while staying in Austrian homes. In 2011, arts, business, social studies, and communication internships were added to the program giving the students an opportunity to experience working in a European setting.  The program enters its 12th year this summer where 23 UF students will travel to Salzburg to study abroad and intern in varied fields.
