University of Florida Saxophone Studio
Welcome to the University of Florida Saxophone Studio web pages. We have a vibrant, active saxophone studio. Students hail from several states, Canada, South America and throughout Florida. We perform often in a variety of venues both on and off campus: at regional, national and international conferences, local festivals, student recitals, and in a variety of on-campus ensembles.
The University of Florida is a large, research university with tremendous resources. We offer all the benefits of a large university including many well-funded student activities, an excellent athletic program, student interest groups of all kinds, graduate and undergraduate research and travel support, well-organized study abroad opportuntites, and a wide range of excellent facilities. Our Performing Arts Center hosts concerts by many of the world's greatest artists. We also offer many of the benefits of a medium-sized School of Music such as small class size, individual attention from faculty and staff, and the comraderie of knowing many of the other students in the school.
