In-School Concert Offerings

The University of Florida saxophone studio can provide a variety of educational in-school programs to qualified educational instituitions within the state of Florida. Programs vary from year to year but may include:

e and n The Saxophone Quartet: An informative program describing the development of the saxophone quartet and presenting an overview of the variety of musical styles in the saxophone quartet repertoire.

The History of the Saxophone: A musical tour that begins in the late 19th century, presents the many musical styles of the 20th century, and also offers a taste of something really new.

Solo and Ensemble Repertoire for Saxophonists: This concert presents selections suitable for high school solo and ensemble performance.

A Saxophone Master Class: Performance tips and tricks for your students. Ideal for the month before solo and ensemble MPAs. Have your students perform and gain new insights for performance. Also includes demonstration performances. Also a mini-recital if time permits.
