The Fine Arts Scholarship Enhancement Fund

1. Standard cover sheet (Word Document or HTML format) 
   
   
   • With signatures of the PI and School Director

2. Proposal narrative (maximum three single-spaced pages)
   
   
   • Must address (a) the primary concept, (b) relevant issues, (c) goals, (d) expected results, (e) methodology and (f) significance of the creative/research work proposed

3. Bibliographic references (one page maximum)

4. Budget sheet (Word or HTML format)
   • Must be itemized in the format attached, including an estimate of the minimum viable support level 

5. Budget justification sheet (Word or HTML format)
   
   
   • Must comment on the specific need for requested items and how they will be used
   • Faculty salary should be calculated at .77 FTE for a six-week Summer A session and at .77 FTE for Summer B

6. Short vita or resume (maximum three pages).

Please Note: Examples of creative/scholarly work should NOT  be submitted with the proposal. However, the reviewing committee reserves the right to request examples of creative/scholarly work.
