Student Car Rental Policies
In order to be reimbursed for rental car expense, you must reserve Avis
Rental Cars using the State Contract (AWD) number: A113400.
You are required to reserve SUBCOMPACT or COMPACT cars only (class A or
B).
A written justification is required any time a larger vehicle is used. Reasons
for needing a larger car would include transporting large instruments and
luggage for several people.
