University Scholars Program

The University Scholars Program is an undergradute research program that supports creative research in many fields throughout the university. The program is open to upperclass students with a minimum 3.0 GPA. It carries a stipend of approximately $2500, plus a $500 travel award.

Several saxophonists have received these awards. Applications are usually due in February. If you are interested in applying, please see Dr. Helton for application assistance.
